Cancellation Policy

To reschedule the set up of your event due to any unforeseen circumstances, we require at least 24 hours notice. Payments are non refundable so please reach out to us so we are able to work with you to reschedule a booked event.

Our family run business was founded on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung, who traditionally occupied Melbourne.
